Global Kids’ Career Pathways to Success work readiness program prepares students for a smooth transition from school to the workforce by equipping them with essential skills, knowledge, and experiences. Our workforce & job readiness program provides individualized support in academics, college readiness, career readiness, leadership, and life skills, including follow-up services for one year after graduation.

GK also offers engaging college and career readiness programs designed to help youth achieve their chosen paths after high school. Through college-level courses and certifications, students gain valuable skills and credits that set them up for future success. Additionally, industry internships give students the opportunity to gain real-world work experience with guidance and support.
