<p class="font_8">Executive Director since 2021, Dominique brings 25+ years of nonprofit and public sector leadership, including six years leading Boys &amp; Girls Club of Harlem’s program expansion and COVID-19 response. Recognized as a City &amp; State NY Women Power 100 honoree and 2023 NY Nonprofit Trailblazer, she oversees programs serving 10,000+ youth and educators in NYC and DC. Holds an M.A. in Urban Policy from The New School and a B.A. from Spelman College.</p>
