Community Schools

Our community school strategy integrates academic support and enrichment, health and wellness programs and resources, social services, and expanded learning opportunities. We create supportive environments that help the full student thrive academically, socially, and emotionally through collaborative planning and community-based partnerships.

Global Kids is active in eleven community schools across New York City and Washington D.C., reaching thousands of students annually. By working closely with school administrators, teachers, families, and community partners, we create a comprehensive support system that addresses the holistic needs of students and their families. This approach not only enhances academic performance but also contributes to the overall well-being and success of the entire school community.
