About the event
Every year, Global Kids students from GK middle schools in NYC go head-to-head in a city-wide cooking competition as part of our Teen Battle Chef program. This event is the culmination of a year-long series of weekly cooking workshops aiming to teach students the fundamentals of cooking so that they can create healthy meals at home.
VOLUNTEER ROLES AVAILABLE
EVENT DAY VOLUNTEERS: Support the smooth operation of the program and assist both students and chef mentors during cooking sessions and events.
Help set up and break down cooking stations before and after sessions
